Tip Tuesday - Goal of Giving Back

When setting a Team Goal - Consider setting a “Give Back” Goal as well.

As a leader, if my team can achieve their personal goal while giving back to charity, the community, etc. its a Win Win.

An example that we have utilized with JL is during a weekly or monthly bonus period, is a match. For every $1 in commission earned by achieving Individual & Team goals, JL will match to an organization, nonprofit, community need, etc.

When hard work has a Purpose, other than obtaining personal wealth, it assigns a “Why” to the mundane task & difficult days.
